SANTA MONICA SEAFOOD IS MOVING

(Coming in January 2009)

After nearly 40 years at 1205 Colorado Ave, we are moving to 1000 Wilshire Blvd (the corner of Wilshire and 10 th and it’s only 7/10 of a mile away). We realize that change can be difficult but in this instance the change is worth it. Our new store will feature more than twice the retail space, so there will be even more seafood, prepared foods, wines, cheeses and breads. And for the first time in Santa Monica we have tucked in a small seafood café, serving our great seafood with an Italian flair with indoor and outdoor seating.

All of our dishes will be simply prepared and if you like the recipe, just ask for it. The café will be open for lunch and dinner. If you just want to snack on a raw oyster or clam or savor some delicious crab legs, our new Oyster bar will be the place to do it (Just like we did more than 40 years ago on the Santa Monica Pier).

The freshest seafood served the freshest way possible.

Because of the added size, we will be able to offer more cooking demonstrations to show you the unlimited number of ways you can prepare seafood. And believe it or not, we will still have a great parking lot (directly behind the store off of 10 th Street). Between the new café and Oyster bar, Santa Monica Seafood will be even more of a home away from home for all Southern California seafood lovers. More of a great thing. Our store may be moving but Santa Monica Seafood’s traditions of great selection and quality are staying put! We aren’t losing any of our traditions, just adding some new ones.
